Refuge Folly

Alt. 1 556 m   I   Samoëns

In 2025, the refuge will be open from Tuesday, May 27th until Sunday, September 28th! For bookings, it is this way

Le Refuge

Perched on the Criou, the Folly sweeps across the Giffre and Arve valleys, offering a panoramic view of the mountains and the horizon. Reflecting its spirit: close to the people of Septimontain and open to hikers of all nationalities.
Facing the Tuet and the Dents d'Oddaz, it offers visitors some lovely views. Just a two-hour walk from the Crêt car park (for those who aren't too intimidated by the slope) and the Pied du Crêt, the Folly is the starting point for many races and circuits. It's also a great place for a break; lunch, a snack, aperitif... a sleepover.

We're here for you. On the terrace, by the fire, whether you're just passing by or just want to take your time, we're waiting for you.
