If you really don't want to sleep with people you don't know...
No meal, but smiles, a bed, a duvet, a pillow... all you have left is your silk sheet ("sleeping bag") to take
Each bed has a pillow and a duvet. Everyone must have their own sleeping bag/sheet/silk sheet. It only weighs 100g and can be found in all sports stores, but if you don't want to invest, we offer them for rent (please reserve in advance).
Takeaway lunch box
Complete, not just a sandwich ;) a good mixed salad prepared by our little hands at the refuge, a portion of Savoyard cheese with bread, a gourmet dessert and an apple-based dessert, but also seeds and dried fruits for those little cravings during the hike
because family hikes are sacred!

Sleeping at the shelter during unguarded periods
Overnight stay to be paid in the urn (chemical toilets, 15 beds, 3 blankets per bed). You just need to bring your own silk sheet and stove.
Deposit
For all reservations, a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
The balance will then be payable directly on site at the shelter (cash, or instant transfer)
The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed after validation of the payment of the deposit and upon written confirmation by the shelter.
Making a reservation at a mountain refuge is easy, but becomes complicated when it depends on the weather, a sudden injury, or an overestimation of one's physical or technical capacity.
The guardians understand very well these various scenarios which require modifications or even waiver, however it is essential to inform as soon as possible.
Whatever the reason, withdrawals, cancellations and variations in the number of participants in a group must be systematically reported, for obvious reasons of internal organization at the shelter but also to avoid abuse of unnecessary emergency triggers.
- If cancellation is not notified more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is permanently lost and retained by the shelter.
- Any late cancellation must be made by telephone and will be confirmed to you by SMS or email.
- In the event of cancellation, whatever the reason, the deposit is not refunded but is renewable from one season to the next.
- Please note that the deposit will be valid for the same booking conditions: same service, same number of people.
- Unused services will not be refunded.
Dispute - Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint, by email, to the professional).
In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of two (2) months, the Consumer Client within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of contacting, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Consumer Mediation Evaluation and Control Commission pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely:
